Highland Falls, NY – July 21, 2023 – Dana Distributors Inc. and Anheuser-Busch today donated 50,000 cans of emergency drinking water to the American Red Cross at Highland Falls, NY in response to recent flooding.
The flooding, which occurred on Sunday July 9th, 2023, caused widespread damage to homes and businesses in the area. The water supply was also affected, and many residents were left without access to safe drinking water. On Tuesday July 11th Dana Distributors V.P. Patrick English delivered 4 pallets of bottled drinking water to the Sacred Heart shelter site at 7 Cozzens Ave. Highland, NY in response to Regional Mass Care and Response Specialist James Temple asking for cases of water in a news story.
The donation of emergency drinking water from Dana Distributors Inc. and Anheuser-Busch will help to ensure that those affected by the flooding have access to clean, safe drinking water.

In recent years, they have donated emergency drinking water to communities affected by flooding, hurricanes, and other natural disasters. The water was sourced from the Anheuser-Busch brewery in Cartersville, Georgia, which alongside the Ft. Collins, Colorado brewery periodically pauses beer production throughout the year to can emergency drinking water and help communities in times of disaster in partnership with the American Red Cross. Anheuser-Busch has a longstanding tradition of providing support for disaster relief efforts in partnership with the American Red Cross, dating back to 1906. Since the inception of the emergency drinking water program in 1988, Anheuser-Busch and its wholesaler partners have provided more than 90 million cans of water to U.S. communities affected by natural disasters and other crises.
