The Town of Montgomery Industrial Development Agency will hold a special meeting to consider the United Natural Foods warehouse at 5:30 p.m. Wednesday at Town Hall.

The town was considering a 15-year, payment-in-lieu-of-taxes agreement for the warehouse earlier this year.

The approximately 500,000-square-foot warehouse project will be before the Montgomery Town Planning Board Tuesday evening.
