 Goshen Medical Arts Building, Bon Secours Hospital, Goshen originally built by Verticon in 2002. Renovated 12 examination rooms and the central nursing station. 2000+ SF project management from start to finish, using local contractors and Verticon’s in-house medical facility expertise.

 Flaming Grill Restaurant, Town of Newburgh
Verticon was called in by the owners who ran into problems while renovating the building, located in the Newburgh Mall on Route 300. The work required emergency structural repairs on exterior masonry, and exterior framing and complete exterior finishing.

 Digestive Disease Association of Rockland County , Pomona Working as Project Manager & General Contractor, Verticon completed Phase 1 of the renovation of this medical arts building. The project involves creation of a new lab, a number of examination rooms, procedure rooms and new consultation space, upgrading 2000+ SF. The renovation is proceeding without interrupting daily health care activities in the facility.
