| This program can reimburse businesses for 50% of wages paid to eligible new hires. The job can be in any non-licensed, skilled or semi-skilled position. The job must be full-time, permanent, paying a minimum of $10.00 per hour. The length of the training period is determined by the skill level of the trainee and the complexity of the job. Generally, OJT contracts are between four and six months in duration. |
