CRAFT BEVERAGES ARE ON THE RISE IN ORANGE COUNTY

2019 was an exceptional year in terms of the craft beverage industry booming in Orange County! We witnessed two expansions occur and two brand new companies that just hit the market and are almost ready for their grand openings!

Clemson Bros. Brewery broke ground on their third location and expanded to a new 9,200 SF 2-story building in Pine Island, NY. They expect to open in 2020.

Equilibrium Brewery did a complete renovation of the old 25,000 SF TD Bank building in the City of Middletown where they have recently opened their 2nd location which is much needed because if you’ve ever been there for a can release on Saturday, you will see hundreds of beer-loving fanatics wrapped around the building waiting to try their next concoction.

City Winery Hudson Valley is the first City Winery not in a city, but on a beautiful 22-acre property in the Town of Montgomery which will be a fully functioning winery, tasting room and restaurant, as well as a site focused on Private Events. Look out for their grand opening this Spring!

Lastly, we have a father-daughter duo opening up the brand new 12,000 SF Tin Barn Brewing in Sugar Loaf, NY. In true Hudson Valley fashion, it will operate as a farm brewery that utilizes as many local ingredients as possible. The new space will hold a kitchen, a brewhouse, and a taproom to create distinct spaces for cozy seating, dining, and lounging. They expect to open early 2020 so don’t forget to check out the new spot!
